A dying man clings desperately to life.. but the passage and dance of Death has already found its root in him. Coursing upward from its sprouting seed, it takes on his body, temporarily restoring him with a life which is not his own...
The cries of feedback sing a lullaby to bring him to his sleep and chanted hymns to the Void coalesce and corral him into and through his death throes and convulsions...

The Leake Street Happenings were performed and recorded in the Leake Street Tunnel off of Borough Market, nearby Waterloo station, in the day-time amongst the public. The happenings were improvised, channelled, impromptu and ephemeral. They took place on Saturday 20th May 2017.
The improvised sounds and noises took inspiration from the figure and the previous work done in composing the score to the production.
The three recordings presented have only been ever so slightly edited for better listening from the raw recordings taken on a stationary Zoom H4n digital recorder at the site.
The original photograph used for the album artwork was taken by Liam Cadzow Webb.
